Hades Fire Protections works in conjunction with experienced and qualified Risk Assessors to provide you with a comprehensive FRA.
SCOPE OF WORKS
• Fire Risk Assessment Report.
• BAFE SP205 – Life Fire Risk Assessment performed and certificated.
• Non-invasive / non-destructive style assessment.
• A review of all relevant paperwork relating to fire safety management at the premises will be performed at the commencement of the inspection
• There will be no testing of any fire safety systems as part of the assessment process.
• Access to voids such as roof spaces will be required – please assure access is possible.
• The fire risk assessment process includes a holistic, risk assessed approach to the overall condition of fire door-sets within the property based upon a visual inspection only and does not constitute a full fire door survey.
• Due to the specialist nature of external wall systems, the scope of the fire risk assessment performed excludes assessment of the fire hazard of external wall construction and cladding
